My picks for every conference championship in 2023:
AAC
Tulane (-3.0) vs SMU
O/U: 47.5
Both of these teams are red hot and on track to compete for a NY6 bowl bid. They have beaten all of their AAC opponents, but SMU has doesn’t it a little better. While Tulane has been getting away with one possession games for while, SMU has been dominating their opponents. I like SMU to win this one in their last game as a member of the AAC.

Troy (-5.0) vs Appalachian State
O/U: 52.5
Troy has been on a great stretch the last few years and have one more test before possibly making it to a NY6 bowl. Their only losses are to KSU and JMU, who are very good teams. The Trojans have now won 9 straight and are really good on both sides of the ball. App State has been really hot lately as well with 5 straight wins, including giving JMU their only loss. I like Troy to win this one, but it will be close.

Michigan is way better than Iowa. Iowa couldn’t score 40 points on a high school team, that’s how bad their offense is. Michigan will win BIG.

Florida State (-1.5) vs Louisville

First and foremost, I am of the belief that Florida State will make the playoffs if they win, but they may be on their third string QB. I just have feeling a though that FSU will be able sneak out with another win behind their great defense.

Georgia (-4.5) vs Alabama
O/U: 54.5
These are the two best teams in the country, and the two most complete teams on both sides of the ball. This will be a game to remember for a long time, and whoever wins will most likely go on to win the national championship. While I do have Georgia ranked ahead of Alabama, as a Bama fan it goes against everything I stand for to pick against them, so I’ll pick Alabama to win outright.
