My favorite uniforms in the NFL:
1 – Philadelphia Eagles
I love the Eagles uniforms. They have a great shade of green, the wings on the helmet are cool, they have a good blackout uniform, and their throwbacks are a good shade of green as well.
2 – Miami Dolphins
Alright, the Dolphins are my favorite team, but their uniforms are clean. They probably have the cleanest white uniforms in the country, and I really like their throwback greens.
3 – Baltimore Ravens
Purple and black work well together, and the Ravens utilize that combo well. One of the best uniforms in the country for sure with several good combos.
4 – Tennessee Titans
There isn’t a single Titans uniform I don’t like. I like both the light blue and the dark blue. The Oilers throwbacks are really good too.
5 – New Orleans Saints
The Saints would probably be ranked a little higher if this was a few years ago. When they go white on black or black on gold, they have some of the best uniforms in the NFL, but too often to go black on black. That’s still pretty good, but is probably their worst combo outside of white on white.
6 – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Bucs have a lot of good combos. Their red works really good with their gray, and I really like the creamsicle throwbacks. (Also their logo is sick)
7 – Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons have some good combos. My favorite is probably when they go with red helmet, black jersey, white pants. Black helmet, red jersey, white pants is also pretty good. My only gripe with ATL is that their primary home combo is black on black on black. It’s fine, but not their best combo.
8 – Cincinnati Bengals
I really like the stripes on the helmets. The best combos are probably orange on black on white at home and orange on white on black on the road. I’m not a huge fan of the whiteout helmets or the orange jerseys.
9 – New York Jets
While my favorite Jets uniforms are their throwbacks that have a darker shade of green, their newer ones are still pretty good. They also have one of the best blackout uniforms in the NFL.
10 – Las Vegas Raiders
I like that they don’t do anything weird to mess up their classic uniforms. Black and silver is a sick combo. I just think their away uniforms are kinda boring.
11 – Seattle Seahawks
I generally prefer darker blues, and Seattle has good, dark blue uniforms. Their whites are really good as well. My favorite Seattle uniform is probably the throwbacks that include more silver, but they don’t wear those very often.
12 – Dallas Cowboys
Whenever Dallas wears their blue and silver uniforms, I get excited. Whether it is their normal blues or their throwback blues, they are infinitely better than their whites. The problem with Dallas is that they wear white on the road and at home, so they don’t wear the blues often.
13 – Minnesota Vikings
Ima sucker for purple. It’s a cool color that is made cooler by its rarity as it is not nearly as prevalent as reds or blues across sports. They are also introducing a really cool whie-out uniform this year.
14 – Carolina Panthers
I like the Panthers many combos, but I don’t love ’em. Pretty much any combo of their blue, black, and silver looks good, just none of them are amazing.
15 – New England Patriots
My problem with the Patriots is that they wear blue on blue too often as well as white on blue. Their uniforms were better in the 2000s and 2010s when they would wear blue on silver and white on silver. I think those combos looked better, and they should wear them more often as well as their red on white throwbacks. The red pops really well on TV.
16 – Detroit Lions
Much like New England, Detroit is better off incorporating more silver in their uniforms, but they still look good most of the time as they have a nice shade of blue.
17 – Jacksonville Jaguars
They have a lot of combos, and teal and black work well together. I’m just too often disappointed that they don’t use my favorite combo that often. Black helmet, teal jersey, white pants.
18 – Arizona Cardinals
They have a good shade of red and some of the best blackout uniforms. They just aren’t that memorable.
19 – San Francisco 49ers
Maybe its just me sick of watching them, but the Niners have pretty good uniforms. Whether they go red on gold or red on white, their home uniforms are pretty good. I don’t like the white on gold away uniforms though.
20 – Indianapolis Colts
They got some classic uniforms and I like them. Their blackout uniforms are not very good, and I hope that they will just stick with the classics in the future.
21 – Houston Texans
They would have ranked higher last year, but I’m not a fan of the new ones. Their still fine, but they could be better.
22 – Green Bay Packers
I’m usually not a fan of heavy uses of yellow, but I feel like it works for Green Bay. Maybe its just because its a classic, but I like it. I’m not a huge fan of their new white outs though.
23 – Denver Broncos
Not a huge fan of the new uniforms for 2024. Their throwbacks are still probably their best, but its just overall mid like always.
24 – Los Angeles Chargers
I really liked their old uniforms that had a darker blue, but I’m not a huge fan of the light blue or the royal blue. I really dislike their uniforms whenever they wear the yellow pants, but they look fine otherwise. I just wish they would go back to using a darker blue.
25 – Buffalo Bills
The Bills uniforms are just really boring. Not offensive, just boring. I wish they would bring back the red helmets more.
26 – Kansas City Chiefs
Once again, KC’s uniforms are very boring. All the time. I don’t hate them, but I don’t like them. Red and yellow aren’t a great combo in my opinion either.
27 – Pittsburgh Steelers
I just don’t vibe with yellow pants. The away uniforms are especially bad, but hey, at least they don’t wear the bumble bee throwbacks anymore.
28 – Chicago Bears
Their normal uniforms are fine, but all of their alternates suck.
29 – New York Giants
Their normal uniforms are kinda boring like the Bills, but their new alternates their using this year might be the worst uniform design created by man. Yeah, even worse than the bumblebee.
30 – Los Angeles Rams
Why did they ruin their uniforms when they moved back to LA!? They looked so good in St. Louis when they had the darker blue and the cooler horns on the helmet. The away uniforms were especially good. Now they have one of the worst uniforms in the NFL. The shade of blue hurts my eyes as it is paired with way too much yellow. Yuck.
31 – Washington Commanders
The Commanders rebrand has not been good. They have the most boring logo, one of the worst color combos with red and blue, and just very unappealing uniforms across the board. The blackouts are OK. I like some of their classic Redskins uniforms, but I don’t see them going back to those anytime soon.
32 – Cleveland Browns
I think most would agree with me on this take having Cleveland last. Who thought brown and orange was a good idea to put together? Credit to them for sticking with it for so many years I guess? I don’t like the brown jerseys, but it can somehow get worse whenever they change to orange. Their white out uniforms are the worst white out uniforms I have ever seen. I honestly don’t know how the Browns could ever have a good uniform unless they completely rebranded and picked different colors, but that will never happen.
